About the Space
History of the space Nestled in the Magic City Innovation Distrcit- Little Haiti. This completely remodeled warehouse space is home to 3 beautiful studios. The studios are equipped with a state of the art sound system and a Dance Vision floating flex floor. The only one in Miami. Neighborhood details Located in the heart of Miami, there are incredible restaurants and shopping within walking distance from the studio. Magic 13 brewery is right down the block and Michelin Star Restaurant Boia De is only 2 blocks away. The iconic ZeyZey nightclub is across the street Logistics We have 2 studios always available for booking: Studio A- 1500 square feet - Dance Vision Flex floor- stilettos and hard soles not allowed -State of the art sound system -blackout curtains - private entrance - full mirror wall Studio B -Custom hard floor- all footwear allowed - private entrance -full mirror wall -600 square feet Main Ballroom - 2000 square feet -only available with buyout, not available for separate rental Parking included with rentals during regular operating hours. There is a bus stop right in front of the building for easy public transportation. Forty chairs and five 6foot tables are available upon request. The studios are great for seminars, rehearsals and small events. Buyout options are available by request

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Esther was a GREAT host. Very responsive and detailed on how to get in. The studio is SPACIOUS, clean, & has parking right out front. Definitely would recommend bc it was a last minute booking (I requested 4 hours before) and it couldn’t have gone smoother.

The space was shown as pictured! Very easy check in and use of the speaker. I appreciate how this studio has a separate entrance from the main one!
