It is a walk in basement with glass sliding doors. Perfect space for photo shoots or video shoots. The place has good natural light. There are a bunch of electric outlets. There is a sex swing that can be easily taken down if needed. I have one ring light that can be used but no other equipment is available Gorgeous photo studio, with very classy and unique unique decor and colors. Three different areas in the same space (Bedroom, coach, meditation corner and brick wall with trendy standing tub room and bedroom) that will work great for your shoot, film or video. I also have a swing ideal for a more provocative shooting. Big glass door, as well as other two windows fill the space with natural light, beautiful herringbone designed floor, tasteful wall paper, and great combination of colors give the space a lot of character with a modern twist. The Studio also has a private bathroom, that includes a shower.

The space is cleaned and disinfected before you arrive with industrial grade disinfectant that eliminates 99% of viruses and bacteria. No glitter allowed in the space, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged for any glitter removal
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
