Here's what is included in this romantic haven: 1. Event Space: Your own private sanctuary to create everlasting memories. 2. Giant White Rose Heart and setup/breakdown: A heart-shaped display of love. 3. Approx 50 roses (subject to yearly pricing): 4. The perfect romantic backdrop 5. Red Carpet 6. Red Carpet candles and floating candles. 7. Rose petals on the red carpet 8. "Will You Marry Me" neon sign: A luminous declaration of your eternal love. 9. Firepit with lit propane fire 10. Outside Bathroom 11. Access to the Great Room and one inside bathroom 12. Proposal coordination with the owners. In addition, please inquire about our Violinist for a small extra fee of $200 for 40 minutes (vs pre-recorded music). We also can give recommendations for a photographer. Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
