This meeting place is ideal for cohorts and assemblies that requisite rest and restoration in their in-person advances and meetups to further strategy and collaboration. This home fosters imaginative and regenerative approaches to work/life balance and stratagems that are oriented towards radical inclusion and decolonialization. Many local organizing collectives have utilized this space as an all-in-one meeting, retreat, and dining space as it includes a kitchen well prepped to prepare full meals, stocked with tea and coffee service and home made sourdough breads and jams. We have ample outdoor spaces for folx to engage their work in the natural setting of a .75 acre wooded lot right at the edge of where downtown Durham meets Historic East Durham. With curated indoor and outdoor space, attendees can access working from without the corporate labor paradigms. Our indoor spaces are available for rest and relaxation whilst attendees are inside of their workflows, and comes with 3 bathrooms, 2 of them full. and 2 bedrooms that can be used as break out rooms, fostering more intimacy or as nap rooms, for adult nap times that are proven to offer more vitality to shared worked spaces.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
