Your private, accessible on-street entry leads to a 375-square foot room renovated in 2021 with 13-foot ceilings, hardwood floors and original brick walls, Sonos speaker system, and views overlooking the lush gardens of historic Loring-Greenough House. You’ll be connected to sprawling and beautiful coworking + café space, with support from our professional staff including audio-visual equipment, whiteboard, and flexible room layouts by arrangement. An accessible, direct, and private street entrance is perfect for welcoming foot traffic or invited guests, with a glass front door that can be programmed for privacy or open access. The room is amply lit with globe lights and smart track lighting, adjustable to cool or warm light for retail, work, or social vibes. Our team can help to customize the layout to your taste with stylish and ergonomic furnishings. Bring your own A-frame sign to set up on the sidewalk or in our private entry area. Spread out within the room to set up for your photoshoot and take advantage of abundant natural light. Restrooms and limited kitchen access may be available by prior arrangement. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
