We only ask that you not attach anything directly to walls or windows. - Safety First: Ensure your event is covered with the relevant, adequate insurance. - Events with Elegance: We adore hosting your events, but we're not suited for social parties. - Communication is Key: If any mishaps occur, just let us know by the end of your reservation. We're here to help! - Smoke-Free Environment: For the health and comfort of everyone, smoking is not permitted in or around the building. - Respect the Law: You and all attendees will follow all local laws to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event. This includes any permits required for the type of business or food and drink service you're doing. - Attain Appropriate Permits: Planning something special that requires a permit, like selling delicious food? Please attain the correct permits in advance from the relevant authorities, such as the City of Boston or the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. - Timely Goodbyes: We kindly ask you to wrap up your event and return the space ready and promptly by the end of your reserved time, to avoid any additional fees and to be able to book the venue in the future. - Leave a Lasting Impression, Not a Lasting Mess: We appreciate you leaving the space as charming as you found it. - Easy Farewells: Please take care of disposing of your trash and food waste after your event. - Be a Good Neighbor: Please keep the sound inside to maintain the peace with our fantastic neighbors. - Secure Send-Off: As you bid farewell to a successful event, please ensure that both doors are securely locked. Don't forget to turn off the lights and set both upstairs and downstairs thermostats to 65°F if you changed them during your reservation. - Respectful Reservations: Please note that reservations may be subject to cancellation without advance notice if there's unauthorized use of the space, address, brand, or likeness.
