- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This space is gorgeous! We booked it for an executive offsite and were thrilled with the fast Wi-Fi, layout, and all the amenities—TVs, whiteboard, markers, pens, coffee, and a fridge stocked with water. We also added a Nespresso machine. Susan was a wonderful and accommodating host, and flexible to all our changes and helped our team check in. Parking was easy with plenty of street options and some reserved spots right in front of the building. Susan even left signs for our DoorDash driver to find us easily. The space is within walking distance to downtown eateries like Rise WoodFire and coffee shops like Blue Bottle. Our team also utilized the separate room for calls, and everything was just so seamless. Highly recommend!

This space was great! Susan was there to greet us and show us how to get into the building, as well as showing us how to use the IT as needed. We opted to have bagels and fruit in the space as well as a stocked mini fridge which made for a seamless morning. The space is great, and even has a closed office in the room if part of the group needs to be on a call etc. I would definitely book this space again.

Great space in a convenient location. Had all the technology to ensure a quality hybrid meeting, which we had but was very comfortable and inviting for those of us who were there in person.

Susan and the team greeted us warmly and facilitated a seamless setup for our meeting. The delightful breakfast spread and fresh macaroons added a charming touch to our experience. Overall, our visit was nothing short of exceptional, and we can't wait to return soon!
