About the Space
Raleigh’s only downtown studio! We are a 1900 Sq/ft photo space. Housed in the heart of downtown Raleigh on Fayetteville St. Located next to restaurants, shopping, and many other creative inspiring venues. If you are photographer and looking for the perfect venue for a mix of natural and studio light this is your spot.! We have over 15 different color backdrop options. Perfect also for you professionals who are also looking for a space to podcast and create. This is the perfect space to grow your brand and business. Lighting is not included but you can rent for an affordable rate. If you are a content creator book our assistant to help you throughout the process! Or a buisiness feel free to ask about an in house photographer/videographer. We are excited to host you and even more excited for the awesome content we know you will create here at "The Loft Studios Raleigh". It will be our pleasure to host you!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The Loft Studios was perfect for a branding shoot! Lots of natural light, several different stools/ chairs, and tons of different backdrops to choose from. In addition, John was very communicative and even greeted me to make sure I didn’t need anything for my shoot. I will definitely be booking another session at The Loft Studios!
