About the Space
Built in 1907, this house has experienced style, life, and culture in every decade since. The versatile studio features natural light from west-facing windows and a 12-foot seamless paper mount. Our fully updated disco kitchen offers functionality as well as an exciting aesthetic.
The space comes equipped with a built-in sound system, as well as app-controlled ceiling lights that can be customized to mimic daylight or any color of the rainbow.
Booking includes a bright and capable Production Assistant to support your shoot, as well as sandbags, a clothing rack, and a steamer.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
