To secure your date, a refundable security deposit of $250 is required for incidentals. The deposit will be returned in full, pending adherence to the contract terms. Once booked the venue will reach out for instructions on how to apply it. This is mandatory to secure your booking and to place the hold on our other calendars to prevent double bookings. Operating Hours: Our venue is available for meetings by appointment only. For events, bookings our general hours are from 10AM - 11PM unless otherwise noted. No smoking of any kind is allowed. All events are for private invited attendants, any ticked events must be approved first. Outside catering is allowed. Outside vendors are allowed. We can provide a preferred vendor list upon booking. Setup and breakdown of events shall occur during the booked time. If you need more time to set up or break down then book more as available. Please note that the venue will set up and breakdown your tables and chairs so you don't have to worry about that part of the setup. No cooking of any kind is allowed. We have a no-alcohol policy unless you hire one of our preferred bartenders. Contact the venue for more details.
