About the Space

Located in the heart of Downtown Long Beach, our studio is a boutique style, creative space designed for entrepreneurs, creative visionaries, artists, and entertainers! Our studio is a 700 square foot modern and industrial multi-purpose space with 12' high ceilings that is perfect for Podcasts, Photo/Video Shoots, Film Projects, Content Creation, Small Events, and more. The large open area is a make-shift space great for photo and video productions, but some other creative uses of the space are for open mic nights, workshops, an art gallery, a co-working space, a movie theater, or whatever you need. We have different color paper and fabric backdrop options, as well as lighting equipment available. We also have a dedicated desk and small backdrops for individuals interested in product or small object photography or for headshots. And there is a vanity area perfect for makeup artists or individuals working on their hair or makeup. There is a dining table with 6 seats in the center section of the studio that can be used for a variety of different purposes such as podcasts, meals, workspace, etc., and the last section of the studio is a lounge area which is great for relaxing, photos, podcasts, and more. There is also a restroom/changing room located in the space. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
