Productions great for movie productions, industrial look, graffiti on the outside blocking steel frame inside multiple rooms to allow for multiple uses. The main space has four garage doors and is approximately 2000 ft.² with a bathroom in the corner. The secondary space is about 1200 ft.² and then the last space which is a large barn room with very tall ceilings is about 800 ft.². Also large concrete pad out back great location within a quarter mile of the core of downtown Tampa.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
