Lighting description

We have professional lighting equipment that lights up the production space. There is no natural light that can be seen or that would interrupt the lighting set up.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

We are not on a busy street. The venue is sound proof and neighbors can't be heard. We are in an industrial area where there is only a warehouse and a boxing gym across the street that doesn't interfere with the sound

Circuit breakers are located on the bottom floor near the production space. Accessible to production crews

General Rules

No parties. No smoking inside. Outside catering allowed. Crew available for production. This is not an event venue for parties or alcohol consumption

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture cannot be removed. There is a space that can fit furniture that isn't being used. There are no wall decorations

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

There are security cameras outside and inside of the studio property with screens to view them inside the main office

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

We clean extra lively after every rental and have cleaning supplies on deck

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
