Located in fabulous Downtown Pensacola, our stunning all-brick historic commercial building is located on the same city block as Pensacola's first ever train station. Built in 1890, our building has a very colorful history, including past lives as a saloon, diner, boarding house, pharmacy, jewelry store, shoe shop, art gallery, and more. Our building offers two very spacious studio apartments, uniquely decorated with luxurious high-end finishes. The downstairs unit has a NOLA-inspired vibe, and features exposed brick walls, 14 foot ceilings, leather furnishings, and gorgeous oversized clawfoot copper tub. The upstairs unit features exposed brick walls, stunning windows, original hardwood floors, and rich black velvet and leather furnishings. Both spaces offer a high-end lux experience, and would make the perfect backdrop for a photoshoot. Upon booking, you would have full access to both studio apartments.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
