RENTAL REQUIREMENTS To rent the space, we require guests to be registered businesses and provide proof of liability insurance or a booking deposit. CLEANING & DAMAGES Our hourly rate includes a cleaning fee, but we kindly ask guests to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. Respect for the space is essential, and we request that you tidy up before departing. Please remove any equipment or rentals brought in, factoring in your setup and breakdown time within your booking hours. We kindly request that you treat our space as if it were your own. Avoid using nails, screws, staples, or any penetrating objects on the walls. If tape or gummed backing materials are used, they must be properly removed. Any damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MISCELLANEOUS Smoking is strictly prohibited in the space and the building. Open flames and cooking/frying are not permitted on-site. For all other rules, please refer to Peerspace's Terms and Conditions. OVERTIME As per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed at a rate of 1.5 times our standard hourly rate, calculated in half-hour increments.
