Meticulously restored 1814 Georgian style farmhouse consists of three well-appointed stories offering 4,000 square foot of living space and seven bedrooms. The space maintains its original historic character at every turn and is well suited for a variety of activities, including; photo shoots, weddings, corporate off-sites, brand placement, music recording, film and production. In addition to the primary farmhouse, the property offers an early 1800s milkbarn that encompasses nearly 3,000sf. The milkbarn has yet to be renovated, however, provides an excellent background for outdoor shoots/activities. Interior access to the barn is also available.
