The conference room has a vaulted ceiling and overhead adjustable fan as well as both French doors and windows that can be opened to allow for fresh air. Food and beverages can be placed on a side table. There is a kitchen as well as high-end executive bathroom next door. There is also a whiteboard for brainstorming! Located in downtown Danville, the facility is 1-3 blocks away from many fine restaurants, bars, etc., for after-work gatherings.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
