We have free street parking however Hype pack could be busy at times. If you can’t find free parking which it is rare, you could park on 55th and pay the meters.

Studio Regulations: 1. Minimum Booking Duration: Instant bookings require a minimum of 2 hours. 2. Security Protocol: Failure to secure the studio, such as leaving doors unlocked or open, may result in a minimum fine of $100, along with additional charges for burglary damages. 3. Food and Beverage Guidelines: Please refrain from consuming food, crumbly snacks, or colored drinks that may potentially stain the furniture. 4. Access Information: Guests are required to provide their email, phone, and name for access instructions. 5. No Smoking or Substances: Smoking, smoke machines, cannabis, vape, or any other substances are strictly prohibited. 6. Volume Control: Keep music at a moderate volume to maintain a conducive environment. 7. Cosmetic Restrictions: Avoid using body oils, glitter, tinted makeup, or anything that could stain the furniture. 8. Child Policy: Small children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Climbing on light furniture is not permitted, and no diaper changing is allowed. 9. Studio Cleanup: Guests are responsible for turning off lights, closing doors, and returning furniture and props to their original condition and location before departure.
