About the Space
Inspired by the quaint apartments we've visited in Paris, we invite you to host your photoshoot, workshop or girl's night at our fully furnished, charming garden flat in the Willamette Valley. Our c.1870 farmhouse welcomes with a private entrance & features exposed brick, kitchenette, bathroom with amenities, and 700 square feet of private space.

Parking description
Up to 12 spaces available onsite, easy parking.
General Rules
• No smoking in the building.
• No pets.
• Outside catering is allowed.
• Quiet hours are after 8 pm (no loud parties, excessive drinking, etc.)
We have a large, vocal dog. She is harmless but if large dogs aren’t your thing, this space may not be comfortable for you.
We do not have A/C but the garden flat (lower level / basement) is underground and stays fairly cool, especially with the dehumidifier running.
We do not accept children in the space for their own safety; there are unfinished structures and lots of stairs throughout the property.
You must use a small set of steep stairs to access the space, this may not be suitable for older persons or those with disabilities.

Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras on the outside of the buildings will be on. There are no security cameras on the inside of the buildings, we respect your privacy.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned before and after every event.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
