I own a wellness business and I use the space for meeting with clients, teaching nutrition classes and hosting tasting parties. I do not use the space every day, and rent it out on an hourly / half day / full day basis. First come first serve. It’s one large room. I have 5 folding tables and 30 folding chairs you can use. You can arrange them however you would like. No problem to serve your own food and drinks (RESPONSIBLE USE OF ALCOHOL ONLY) It's a cozy, happy, positive environment, great for creativity. NO WIFI.
