About the Space
This is optimal for music-related photo and video shoots. Additional spacious lounge can also be used for NYC loft-style shoots or staging/ video village. Past clients include Paramount, Netflix, Adidas, Squarespace, Louis Vuitton, as well as numerous indi productions. This is an independent recording studio and well-suited for live music filming (NPR Tiny Desk, Instagram, and others). Instruments, amps, and recording equipment available in the space and for props as well as experienced engineers and music producers. For larger productions there are adjacent spaces for craft services, staging, etc.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
