About the Space
Our 8-person meeting rooms a generous size with whiteboard walls surrounding, creating a productive environment. The two meeting rooms have an operable adjoining wall, which can open to create a large, 20-person training room with two full size screens. The room features wireless connection to the high definition TV with built in audio and video conferencing. IMPORTANT: Pricing is for one 8-person meeting room, should you wish to book the 2 rooms, the price is double. Please send through an enquiry should you wish to book both rooms.

Parking description
There are 150 spaces available within Big Bear Village shopping complex carpark. You can find parking rates here - https://bigbearvillage.com.au/parking/. You can also book a bay in our secure, nested area located in carpark exclusive to Urban Collective members and guests. Please contact us if you wish to book a spot at our daily rate.
General Rules
As the meeting spaces are a shared facility, we ask all members to leave the room tidy, free of rubbish and with any equipment returned to its rightful place.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Urban Collective is fitted with CCTV cameras that record non-desk areas but cover all entry and exit points. Recording is based on motion detection, and cameras will record even in low light conditions. Recordings are timestamped.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
