After each use, the event space undergoes the following cleaning procedures: 1. **Surface Sanitization:** All surfaces, including tables, chairs, and countertops, are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. 2. **Floor Care:** Floors are swept and mopped, ensuring a clean and inviting space for your guests. 3. **Restroom Maintenance:** If applicable, restrooms are cleaned, stocked, and sanitized to maintain hygiene standards. 4. **Trash Disposal:** All trash bins are emptied, and waste is disposed of properly. 5. **High-Touch Areas:** High-touch areas such as doorknobs and light switches are given extra attention during cleaning to minimize the risk of germ transmission. 6. **Ventilation:** The venue is ventilated to ensure fresh air circulation, contributing to a healthier environment. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
