House Rules and Guidelines: - No Smoking/Vaping Inside: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the premises. - To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests and neighbors, we maintain a strict music policy. No DJs or loud music are permitted. All music must comply with the Chicago Noise Ordinance. - No Glitter or Confetti: To maintain the elegance of the space, we kindly request that glitter or confetti not be used during events. - Cleaning and Trash: Renters should leave the space in the condition it was found. Trash is to be taken out, and placed in the dumpsters neatly in the back. - Security: For larger events 100 or more people, the presence of security personnel may be required, and a $150 fee may apply. - No Cooking Allowed: Please refrain from any cooking activities inside the building to preserve the integrity of the space. - Wall Guidelines: Avoid using nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed to prevent damage. - Damage Policy: Any damages to walls, floors, furniture, or other property will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Please treat the space with care. - Equipment Removal: All equipment, rentals, and brought-in items should be removed at the end of your booking. - Setup and Teardown: Factor in all necessary setup and teardown time within your booking hours. - GUEST COUNT An accurate guest count must be provided at the time of booking. Any increase in guest count must be approved by host. If found in violation of guest count by a number exceeding the agreed-upon number, you may be subject to a fine of $20 per additional person. Overtime Policy: - Overtime Charges: An overtime fee will be applied for any time used before the booking start time or after the booking end time at 1.5x the booking rate. - Incremental Charges: Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments, rounding up to the nearest increment. -Beginning in 2024, bookings will be subject to a 15% surcharge to accommodate the upcoming year's pricing. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
