About the Space
Hopf House is a multipurpose recording space that comes supplied with gear, or can be utilized as an empty room for your own gear. It is located on a private property and has options for food and grocery near by. Great room for tracking drums, live instruments, streaming, and filming content videos.

Ambient noise description
We are located in a quiet neighborhood. We live near an airport and have planes fly over but when all of the studio is closed you can't hear the planes or any neighbors. There is a portable AC unit in the studio that makes a hum when it is on but you can also turn it off.

Equipment loading description
There are a couple steps to access the restroom/kitchen area in the house because the studio is in a separate building in the back. The studio does have ground access though.
Staging area is available
The kitchen area can be utilized, as well as the living room/bathroom.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Back office, and bedroom. Both located on one side of the location.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
There are 5 outlets with two sockets each in the studio. We have power strips as well as adaptors for extra sockets. Located on 3 of the 4 walls. Circuit breaker is near the entryway to the driveway/garage at the front end of the house.
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules
- No smoking inside of the room. There is a designated smoking area outside
- Outside catering is allowed
- Pets are based on a case to case scenario because 3 small dogs are present on the property.

Security cameras and recording devices
We use Wyze security system and cameras. There are two on site in the studio and they will be activated.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
I take the extra steps to make sure the space is clean and ready for use
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
