The Campbell Collective, nestled in the heart of Mar Vista, offers a blend of rustic charm and innovative design in a secluded setting, creating a peaceful retreat from city life. This is a 1947 residential project that used the Living Building Challenge framework to achieve Zero-Energy Certification. Our property was recognized as the 2022 Project of the Year at the Sustainable Innovation Awards with USGBC-LA. We can accommodate a variety of requests depending on your needs or the type of event. The Space: - Features an ambiance of warmth enhanced by hanging chandeliers, with spaces bathed in natural light. - Grand Yamaha piano inside the studio room provides a blend of music and character perfect for performances, elegant receptions, or as a sophisticated focal point. - Landscaped outdoor areas provide a sophisticated and serene backdrop for various events. - Depending on the season, organic gardens produce oranges, tangelos, mandarins, grapefruit, apricots, guava, pomegranates, cumquats, finger limes, lemons, artichokes, habanero chiles, bananas, basil, mint and more. Dining: - Ample breakout spaces and outdoor areas cater to both intimate dinners and larger group dining experiences. Creative and Workspaces: - The venue's versatile spaces, including ample breakout areas, are ideal for creative projects, meetings, and collaborative efforts. - The tranquil environment, including a man-made creek and a chicken coop for a unique setting for creativity and productivity. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
