You are Personally Responsible for this house during your stay and must stay for the agreed duration unless you have made prior arrangements with us. 2. This property is deed restricted, and part of a homeowner’s association. Please be respectful of your neighbors, and this neighborhood so that WE DO NOT get red flagged by the HOA. You can also help to do this by following all the house rules. 3. NO Random Invites without prior permission. If you have More People, staying at the house, than are listed on your reservation you will forfeit your deposit. 4. NO Throwing Parties. Again, please respect your neighbors and keep a low profile. 5. NO Loud Music inside or outside. If we get a complaint from neighbors, we will have to cancel your reservation and ask you to leave. 6. NO Hanging Out outside the front door, also do not leave the front door open, we have nosey neighbors who will call the police just to harass you and me. 7. NO Smoking inside the house or in front of the house. Doing so will forfeit your deposit. We allow smoking in the back of the house area and at least 5 feet away from the door. 8. NO Pets allowed without prior permission. 9. Upon check out, please Follow All Check Out Instructions. 10. If anything is Missing or Damaged upon up on check out, you will forfeit your deposit. 11. A missing door remote or keys will cost you $50 to be replaced. 12. NO Late Checkout without prior approval. 13. DO Not Have Anything Shipped to the house without prior permission. 14. Make Up Wipes/Remover are provided. Please Do Not use towels to remove make up as the towels get stained and we cannot use for the next guest. 15. Please Do Not leave make up stains on pillowcases, bed sheets, and comforters. 16. Please Do Not use towels or washcloths to clean and wipe down your shoes. 17. A security deposit of $250 may be required as desired and is requested upon check in 18. The top bunk is not for sleeping, no climbing or jumping on the beds to prevent accidents.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
