Our 1,700 sq ft rooftop shoot location offers panoramic views of the urban cityscape, providing a versatile backdrop of East London’s skyline. Featuring an expansive open space, complemented by a vibrant rooftop allotment that flourishes with vegetable plants during the summer months. Hire Includes: Indoor studio space with direct access to the roof via a metal staircase, ensuring convenience and comfort for your crew. Indoor Facilities: Additional hair & makeup room with clothes rails. Kitchen & Bathroom. Original Industrial Features: The Studio boasts high ceilings and large areas of exposed brick walls that compliment the aesthetic of the roof terrace. Situated on a no-through road: This public footpath is lined with bold, red, graffiti-tagged railway arches. The gritty, authentic vibes of the alleyway makes it an ideal spot for capturing additional outdoor shots. Whether you're shooting a fashion editorial, a commercial, a music video, or a feature film, this unique East London backdrop and rooftop location offers the perfect blend of raw urban charm with the luxury of our indoor facilities. While the rooftop can accommodate approximately 12 people at a time, the entire space, including the apartment, can host a maximum of 20 individuals. Please note, due to its residential location, sound restrictions apply, and we kindly ask that any filming sound/music be kept at a low volume. Large sound systems are not permitted. Permits available for parking in the alley way, or car park can be hired separately. Situated on a no through road that is ideal for support vehicles and additional outdoor shots. Our rates vary according to usage and are dependent on the crew size, scale and impact of your production. In order to get an accurate quote, please message us before making a booking. We require a £500 damage deposit, fully returnable if no damages. We will send you a request for this after your booking is confirmed.
