Beautiful open concept living space, gourmet kitchen, and dining area perfect for your next photo or video shoot! Conveniently located in the Peninsula (Bay Area), but provides the look of being in a trendy NYC style loft space. Corner unit so the floor is flooded with natural light. Beautiful faux exposed brick throughout the space, bringing vibrancy and an urban/industrial aesthetic to photos and videos. The living space is perfect for your next interview or photoshoot, and the gourmet kitchen with gas range and large countertop is ideal for any cooking or baking related photos/videos. A creatives dream, there is truly so much that can be captured here!

Parking description
The parking spots in the townhome community are open and first come first serve. There is also ample street parking available.

Lighting description
The space is the second floor of a corner townhome. Its corner unit location results in it getting amble natural light during the day, making for beautiful shots. There are blinds on the majority of windows (though not all) so lighting can be adjusted to a degree as needed.

Equipment loading description
The space located on the second floor of a townhome, so any equipment will need to be transported up one floor (via stairs). Large amount of equipment can come in via the garage on the ground floor if needed.
No staging area available
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Only the open areas of the second floor are available for use. This consists of the living room, kitchen, dining area, adjacent desk, and a half bathroom. There is a storage closet on the second floor that will be locked.
This is our primary residence, so apart from the space described above, the remaining rooms and areas of the home will not be able to be used. Thank you for understanding!
Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed
Electrical system description
The circuit breaker is located in the garage. It can be accessed if there a short circuit, but should not otherwise be used or adjusted.

General Rules
- No smoking or pets.
- No shoes indoors
- Space is for photography/videography needs, rather than group events (e.g. team offisites, meetings etc.)
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Nest doorbell camera + interior camera in the main living space (this can be turned off if desired).
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The space will be cleaned and sanitized before each booking.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
