About the Space

The home is 1200 square feet and has been fully customized. Each room is painted a rich jewel tone and the decor is very feminine. The art and fixtures are inspired by the owner's love of art deco and travel. Photography or small scale videography would work well. The ceilings are high. Please note, any filming requiring audio cannot be completed M-F, 9-5. Photography during this time is fine. Please reach out if you have any specific questions. This immaculately decorated bungalow is perfect for video or photo shoots. This 1200 sq ft space is located in the Historic South Atlanta neighborhood. Minutes (5!) from the Atlanta Beltline, The Beacon, Zoo Atlanta, and downtown! Many great restaurants near by. Features: One bedroom with dark feminine energy and vibes One gym with reading area Funky dining area with convertible dining/coffee table Functional kitchen High ceilings Bedroom and gym with full length mirrors There are two restrooms for use or shooting. Both are beautifully decorated. A manager will be on-site during all events. The home was built in 1935 and still features a lot of the original details. It has lots of charm!

There is the most natural light in the gym. There is natural light in the living room in the early morning depending on time of year. There are 80% black out curtains in the bedroom.

Ambient noise description

The street is not busy but sometimes a train will pass and you can hear it. The AC can be loud but we can switch it off if you need.

There are two steps to get into the front door. Loading trucks can be left on the street as long as they do not block any driveways or mailboxes.

General Rules

No smoking on the property. No animals without a discussion with the host prior to booking. No blocking driveways or mailboxes with vehicles. All rentals include setup and teardown time. Furniture must be moved back to where you found it. Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. No loud music during business hours (9am-5pm). Absolutely no dropping/slamming weights in the gym.

The front door has a door bell camera. There is a camera above the fridge that records video with audio. There is a camera in the backyard that records video and audio.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Home is cleaned before and after each booking. Cleaning includes floors, high touch surfaces, all linens. Home has fresh HVAC filter installed quarterly and an air purifier running 24/7.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:
