Our beautiful event and office space, designated specifically for tech events only, is nestled within the historic Presidio in San Francisco, our space is a beacon of innovation in the heart of a neighborhood steeped in history. The building, which has witnessed the passage of time and the evolution of technology, now houses a cutting-edge office and event space dedicated to the world of Web3 and tech. The Presidio itself, with its sprawling landscapes and former military barracks, was a testament to the city's rich past. Our space, however, is a bridge between the traditional and the modern surrounded by breathtaking ocean views and greenery that reflects the natural beauty that characterizes the Presidio. The main office space hosts a hive of activity, with tech enthusiasts and entrepreneurs working on the forefront of blockchain, decentralized finance, and other web3 innovations. Our open areas foster a sense of community, encouraging spontaneous collaborations and idea exchanges. Adjacent to the open workspaces, the space features a variety of versatile rooms designed for company off-sites and events. The venue is equipped with cutting-edge audiovisual technology, making it an ideal setting for conferences, hackathons, and product launches. We organize meticulously curated events that bring together thought leaders, developers, and enthusiasts from the web3 community. Logistically, the space is easily accessible, with ample parking and convenient public transportation options. The strategic location in the Presidio provides a sense of exclusivity while remaining connected to the vibrant energy of the city. Our co-creation space for company off-sites and individual desk use is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 7pm and Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Our evening event packages outside of our co-creation day hours as described above can be tailored to your individual needs. With over 12,000 square feet and various room options, we can accommodate events up to 250 people. This meeting room specifically is featured in the first 2 photos. There are additional rooms that can be added on. These events will be limited to tech events only as we are a web3 space of innovation - - - enterprise tech, AI, web3 and other up and coming technology driven projects are all welcome.

Health and Safety Measures

Our space is cleaned nightly by a professional janitorial company. We periodically wipe down surfaces with disposable wipes and have them available at the front desk for personal use.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
