About the Space
Denver's premier contemporary space for artistic expression is a unique and beautiful space for parties, fundraisers and galas, performances, social gatherings, weddings & receptions of all types. We have a traditional gallery space in front with two huge garage doors that open to the street on two sides with an occupancy of 90. A central hallway & gallery space including artist studios & restrooms and a wonderful performance space with stage & greenroom that can accommodate up to 300 people. Both areas can be combined or rented separately and the entire facility is ADA compliant. Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
