Studio B includes 600 sq. ft. of shootable space and access to the downstairs bathroom. The room consists of painted exposed brick, wooden floors and a curtained wall. There are 2 skylights that can be covered for light control, or utilized for natural lighting. The space is perfect for video production, photography, holding, music and lecture events as well as galleries and film screenings. Any and all set up and tear down times must be included in the rental. Please be sure to request a time slot based on all your needs. Street Parking is available and a load in space can be secured by request. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
