About the Space
You'll love our beautiful urban loft space in downtown Johnson City. Ideal for any event like weddings, baby or bridal showers, parties, and corporate events. The space has walls of windows down two sides so the natural light makes it a great place for photos as well. There is a bridal suite and grooms quarters included in the rental that may also be used for photography.

Parking description
There is street parking available outside the building on Main Street and also two public parking lots across the street from the building. The public lots are Cherry Street Parking and Downtown Square Parking.
General Rules
No smoking in the building. Alcohol must be served by licensed bartenders. Caterers must be licensed and insured.

Space is cleaned by a licensed cleaning company between events.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
