This natural light studio is the perfect location for photographers to utilize for studio photos, small business owners to host a pop-up event, and bridal parties to get ready for your big day! The studio was curated to be a cozy space that feels warm and inviting but also incredibly functional for small business owners and private citizens alike. It was designed to feel like your home away from home and a space where you are free to create. Features: - White walls - Light flooring - One moveable wall - Sitting area with couch, loveseat, and two armchairs - Extendable conference table with four chairs - Kitchenette with full fridge and dishwasher - Private bathroom - Wifi - Studio has seating for 12 with included furniture, additional chairs can be brought in by renter Located in the heart of Midtown, this studio space is 1000 square feet of open floor plan beauty. The entire space is yours to rent by the hour. When you're finished working, check out one of the amazing restaurants or activities nearby! For photographers: In addition to the natural light studio, there is a beautiful iron fence across the street that has gorgeous greenery on it. As it is continuously shaded, it's perfect for adding some outdoor photos to your session in addition to ones in the studio. The entire space is ADA compliant and accessible for everyone. There should never be limitations put on creativity, and this studio is the perfect space for anyone to come and create.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves

Kathleen’s space is beautiful and perfect for the holiday party I hosted. The entire booking process was very easy. Kathleen provided great communication about the space and how to enter the space. I highly recommend this space. The furniture the kitchenette, the decor and amenities thumbs up. I look forward to using this space again.

Very clean and neat studio. Easy to access and easy to lock up. Perfect amount of space for small family sessions. Natural light looks great. Also located next do a delicious boba shop
