Our Pink Palace of Brooklyn is a pretty in pink, frilly, kitschy studio apartment on the top floor of a pre-war Crown Heights apartment building, with an elevator of course. Take photo and video in the girly bedroom space inspired by peak 2010’s Tumblr topped off with a massive handmade bubblegum bow, the vanity and living space decked out in Miami art deco era pastel furnishings, as well as the old school diner-inspired kitchen in pinks, blues, and chromes with authentic diner stools and decor. You are also treated to a variety of props, such as handmade fake cakes and vintage trinkets sourced from the best fleas and thrifts across the country. Our Pink Palace of Brooklyn has been featured in an award-winning short film, music videos, and commercial photo shoots. The open space allows for a diverse array of lighting and set installations. Additional to the bedroom, vanity, living space, and kitchen is a y2k chic-flick inspired wardrobe area with a glittering double door closet and pink fur walls and a bathroom that acts as a blue oasis with no pink in sight, instead filled with hand-painted cloud mural walls and other cloud print decor.
