Initial Assessment: The cleaning crew conducts an initial assessment of the space to identify any areas that require special attention or specific cleaning supplies. Surface Cleaning: All surfaces, including countertops, tables, and furniture, are wiped down and sanitized using appropriate cleaning agents. Floor Care: Floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped as needed, paying close attention to high-traffic areas and any spills or stains. Bathroom Sanitization: Bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including the toilet, sink, shower, and any other fixtures. Fresh towels and toiletries may be restocked. Kitchen Maintenance: The kitchen area is cleaned and sanitized, including the sink, countertops, appliances, and any dishes or utensils used by previous guests. The refrigerator may be checked for any leftover food items and cleaned if necessary. Trash Removal: All trash bins are emptied and liners replaced. Recycling and composting procedures, if applicable, are followed according to local regulations. Restocking Supplies: Basic supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning products are restocked as needed to ensure guests have everything they need during their stay. Communication: The cleaning crew communicates with the host to provide updates on the cleaning process and address any concerns or feedback from previous guests.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
