Three overnight parking spots are available. Street parking is prohibited on IPCCA streets from 1 AM to 6 AM. Please utilize the garage or driveway during these hours.

General Rules

Respectful Conduct: Please treat the house and its amenities with care and respect. Any damage caused by guests will be the responsibility of the booking party. Noise Levels: Keep noise levels reasonable, especially during late hours, to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and any other guests on the property. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and within the property premises. Pets Policy: Dogs allowed Maximum Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified in the listing. Additional guests beyond the specified limit may not be accommodated. Check-in and Check-out Times: Respect the designated check-in and check-out times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation between bookings. Parking: Follow parking instructions provided in the listing. Be mindful of any designated parking spaces and avoid blocking access to other vehicles or areas. Security and Safety: Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the guest house unattended. Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and contact information provided by the host. Cleaning and Maintenance: Please leave the guest house in the same condition as you found it. Surface Cleaning: All surfaces, including countertops, tables, and furniture, are wiped down and sanitized using appropriate cleaning agents. Floor Care: Floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped as needed, paying close attention to high-traffic areas and any spills or stains. Bathroom Sanitization: Bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including the toilet, sink, shower, and any other fixtures. Fresh towels and toiletries may be restocked. Kitchen Maintenance: The kitchen area is cleaned and sanitized, including the sink, countertops, appliances, and any dishes or utensils used by previous guests. The refrigerator may be checked for any leftover food items and cleaned if necessary. Trash Removal: All trash bins are emptied and liners replaced. Recycling and composting procedures, if applicable, are followed according to local regulations. Restocking Supplies: Basic supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning products are restocked as needed to ensure guests have everything they need during their stay. Communication: The cleaning crew communicates with the host to provide updates on the cleaning process and address any concerns or feedback from previous guests.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
