About the Space

This is the perfect setting for your indoor photo shoots or if you are looking for a comfortable apartment for those "at home" scenes. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a multifamily home making equipment loading much easier. There is a beautifully decorated living and dining area and also two stylishly decorated bedrooms with queen sized beds. Plus a cozy sunroom with a day bed with an office and chair. Features: - 2 Queen beds. One in each bedroom. Sunroom has 2 twin size beds, which is a daybed with trundle. - Hardwood flooring throughout - Functional full kitchen - Dimmable dining room chandelier - Lots of light from windows - 1 full-length mirror on bedroom door - Parking space in driveway for one car. - Free street parking For an additional fee, we may be able to handle special requests. Please reach out to us with your requests. -Use of backyard space is an additional $150 per booking NOTE: If you need outdoor backyard space we have a small grassy area that can be utilized for a backyard BBQ scene. This must be requested ahead of time. Location scouts are welcome.

Ambient noise description

We are not on a busy street, and do not hear neighbors, so it is quiet. This apartment is on the 1st floor of a multifamily home, but neighbors are not noisy when home and will be told if absolute silence is needed. If the window ACs are on, only then can you hear noise from the AC.

This is a 1st floor apartment in a Multifamily home. There is also about 4 steps up from the sidewalk to the front door. There is street parking, although our driveway fits up to 3 cars, we allow for 1 car space in driveway with this booking.

Outlets in all rooms. Circuit breaker is in the hallway, on the wall near the bathroom.

General Rules

No filming or photography of pornographic content allowed. No smoking in the building No glitter No illegal drug use, authorities will be engaged if suspected, guests/talent/crew will be vacated immediately without refund. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture and wall decor can be moved carefully, but must be placed back in exact original position. TV cannot be moved. Do not move furniture out of building.

For your safety and ours we have security cameras in the entry way, both in the front and back of the apartment.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Cleaned by professional cleaners between each stay. High touch points are wiped down with disinfectant windows and are opened when cleaned to allow fresh air to circulate. . 24 hours left vacant between each stay.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
