About the Space
This is the perfect setting for your indoor photo shoots or if you are looking for a comfortable apartment for those "at home" scenes. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a multifamily home making equipment loading much easier. There is a beautifully decorated living and dining area and also two stylishly decorated bedrooms with queen sized beds. Plus a cozy sunroom with a day bed with an office and chair. Features: - 2 Queen beds. One in each bedroom. Sunroom has 2 twin size beds, which is a daybed with trundle. - Hardwood flooring throughout - Functional full kitchen - Dimmable dining room chandelier - Lots of light from windows - 1 full-length mirror on bedroom door - Parking space in driveway for one car. - Free street parking For an additional fee, we may be able to handle special requests. Please reach out to us with your requests. -Use of backyard space is an additional $150 per booking NOTE: If you need outdoor backyard space we have a small grassy area that can be utilized for a backyard BBQ scene. This must be requested ahead of time. Location scouts are welcome.

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
