About the Space
This is a space created for the creative. With 1500 square feet of shootable, event, show space to utilize as you please, its the perfect place for video production, photography, private music, celebratory events, podcast recording and more! Two bathrooms, a kitchenette, and an HMU glam room are included in addition to a dj/sound booth. Any and all set up and tear down times -must- be included in the rental. Please be sure to request a time slot based on all your needs. Street Parking is available and a load in space can be secured by request. Rates and needs can be discussed. *A deposit or COI will be required at the time of your rental and will be returned upon completion so long as no damages or losses occur. Health and Safety Measures
We do a thorough cleaning after each guest has left the premises and before a new rental begins. All heavily touched areas are sanitized, the floor is mopped and disinfected as are all sitting and table top surfaces. We provide hand sanitizer for all guests and renters and have limited our capacity at this time to allow for social distancing.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
