About the Space

Modern contemporary design, open Floorplan kitchen, dining and living room. Very light and airy. 1st floor has a 2-car garage ( can be used as a studio, paint, art, equipment, exercise, photos) with a small gym, 1 guestroom (neo-soul style can be used as a music room, chill space), and 1 bathroom ( Asian fusion design). 2nd floor 1 master bedroom ( grey purple modern design)with master bath (black and white with hip hop lyrics), 1 teenage girl bedroom( rosé and white) and 1 bathroom ( yellow sunflower and white), open Floorplan kitchen, dining and living room with small office space and doggy nook lots of natural light. Perfect for book clubs, cooking shows, sitcoms, tv, movies, meetings, etc. Big backyard with firepit, 6-piece dining set, small pergola ( movable), BBQ grill, and 2 egg chairs. Outdoor space is great for parties, small get-togethers, dinners, birthdays, and holiday events. 3rd floor apartment is tenant-occupied and can't be used.
