About the Space

Beautiful light & bright art gallery and photo studio in the Highland Park/Sugarhouse neighborhood commercial zone, with homestyle serving kitchen, large gathering space with velvet couches and plenty of room for photography, small gatherings and workshops or intimate parties. We've carefully crafted this space to be a beautfiul vibe haus, with good energy, and are always delighted to welcome smallish events, wellness retreats and photo or video shoots with good companies and great humans. BASICS: You’re welcome to bring your own food (although if you’re considering catering, the lovely Violet bistro is right across the street & wonderful to work with!). As per Utah liquor law, alcohol may be served as long as it’s a private invite only event. If you are selling tickets or offering your event to public invites, you agree to hire a DABS-licensed bartender. (We love Alexei from Cocktail Collective). SETUP: Our studio comes ready for your event with standard setup—couches and 2 farmhouse tables + 12 chairs in the Main Area, and 2 white farmhouse tables + 12 chairs in the kitchen area. You may gently move couches for your event, so long as everything is returned to the original setup by the end of your event. If the exterior space is utilized, we can comfortably accommodate more. Because we are zones neighborhood commercial, all gatherings must observe quiet hours starting at 10pm. FINE PRINT: In order to keep our prices low, we treat this as community space and ask that guests care for the property as if it were their own, including sweeping, spot mopping and tossing trash (in our exterior dumpster) at the end of your event. FYI: Event insurance is mandatory for all Peerspace rentals. This can be easily found online, or from most insurance providers (aka: eventsured.com) and is a generally affordable option to create peace of mind for party hosts. Upon booking, please send us a copy of your Event Insurance Certificate through the Peerspace portal. Guests are responsible for any damage or fines incurred as a result of their event. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

To keep our prices low, we treat this space as shared community space. Our team manages weekly deep cleaning of all areas and bathrooms. And we ask that guests return the space to how they found it, sweep, spot mop & remove trash to our dumpster at the end of their booking.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
