About the Space
A vintage movie theater turned into a modern music venue. The original sloped floor is still in tact. The Regent has a standing capacity is 975 or can seat 500 theater-style. We have a brand new 20’ LED video wall that was installed in Nov of 2023.
The venue has three green rooms: a very large main room that can accommodate up to 50 people, and two smaller, yet well decorated and comfortable side rooms that can accommodate 8-10 people each.
We also have The Love Song Bar and Prufrock Pizzeria directly connected to the front of the venue. Each of those spaces are open and accessible to the event in the main room, and hold 75 cap each.

As a working music venue our building is deep cleaned every night by a professional and reliable cleaning crew who have been working with us for 10+ years.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
