This is performed before and after each rental or event. Sanitization Stations: We provide hand sanitizing stations at various locations within the studio for easy access to hand hygiene. Ventilation: We ensure proper ventilation within our studio space to improve air circulation and quality. Staff Training: Our staff is trained on proper hygiene practices and COVID-19 safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests. Mask Requirement: We require all guests and staff to wear masks while inside the studio, except when actively eating or drinking. Social Distancing: We encourage and facilitate social distancing measures within the studio space, including arranging seating and event layouts to allow for adequate distance between individuals. Flexible Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances related to COVID-19 may change rapidly. Therefore, we offer a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate any unforeseen changes or cancellations related to COVID-19. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
