About Elderberry Farms Estate

Whether you need to host a class, ticketed event, private dinner, baby shower, business meeting, or provide overnight accommodations for your event, our brand new and stylish farmer's market is available for your needs. Located along the renowned "M-72 Farming Corridor" (wineries and farms), we are only 12 minutes to downtown Traverse City yet unique in our beautiful rural surroundings. Our tables, seating and retail space can be arranged per your event's needs. Maximum occupancy of 42 people indoors and 100 people outdoors, per fire department's determination. If you need to rent the space during our business hours (before 2 p.m.) we are able to close the market for your use for additional fees. Alcohol: Class C license Caterers: Permitted Outdoor space: Six picnic tables, Giant Jenga, Cornhole boards, and Giant Connect4 100-Person Event tent: $475/hr w/ 3hr minimum (includes solidwood tables and chairs; sidewalls available) Weddings are allowed and must be booked directly. Weddings include increased staff, insurance, and pricing. Ad-On: cafe barista or bartender $25/hr for your event/meeting.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
