Berkeley Studio Apartment with Private Entrance

Our Stafford Street Studio is in Berkeley, a short drive from the Wollongong CBD. The studio features a large 25m2 room with a bathroom attached. It’s a cosy space, designed to feel like home. Styled with mid-century furniture and soothing green walls, this space is excellent for photo shoots and filming. Please note the queen bed can be removed for bookings but the bedhead is attached to the wall. The furniture is all lightweight and easy to move around. Features include off-street parking, a private entrance with a small deck, excellent Wi-Fi and air-conditioning, blackout curtains – we have created a space that feels like a secluded oasis from the outside world. The kitchenette has a bar fridge, kettle, microwave, and toaster. The room has insulation in the walls, ceiling, and floor – making our split-cycle air conditioner even more effective when heating/cooling the space while minimising external noise. Our wall-mounted smart TV includes all the streaming services you love, Netflix, Stan, Disney+, Binge, and Prime Video, plus it has Apple AirPlay, so you can stream from your Apple devices. The bathroom has an easy access shower with a wide rain head and user-friendly shower wand. Our home office is connected to the bathroom (see floorplan for more information). We have a staff member who may use the toilet/vanity in the bathroom during our office hours, which are 10am – 6pm, Monday to Friday.
