General Rules and Boundaries for Hive Healing Arts Space Rental 1. Booking and Payment: • All bookings must be confirmed at least [X] days in advance. • Full payment is required upon booking confirmation. • A refundable security deposit of [amount] is required to cover any potential damages. 2. Use of Space: • The space is designed for healing arts practices, workshops, and private consultations. Please ensure your use aligns with this purpose. • The maximum capacity for the workshop studio is 8 guests. Please adhere to this limit to ensure comfort and safety. • Private offices and the energy healing office are to be used as agreed upon in the booking. 3. Equipment and Amenities: • Wi-Fi, commercial printer, sound bowl vibrational instruments, oracle cards, and other healing modality tools are provided for your use. Handle with care and return all items to their original place after use. • You are responsible for any damage to the equipment or amenities during your rental period. 4. Respect and Cleanliness: • Please maintain a respectful noise level at all times to honor the healing environment and other tenants. • Leave the space in the same condition as you found it. Cleaning supplies are available if needed. • Dispose of all trash in the provided bins and recycle where possible. 5. Safety and Security: • Ensure the space is secure at the end of your rental period; this includes turning off all equipment, and lights, and locking all doors. • Smoking, open flames, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. • Follow all safety guidelines provided, especially when using the vibrational instruments and other tools. 6. Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations must be made at least [X] days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than [X] days in advance will result in a [percentage]% cancellation fee. • The Hive Healing Arts reserves the right to cancel any bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. 7. Compliance: • All renters must comply with local health and safety regulations, especially about COVID-19. • Failure to adhere to these rules and boundaries may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
