General Rules
1. Respect the Space:
- Treat the event space and its amenities with respect and care. Avoid damaging or defacing any property, furnishings, or decor.
2. No Smoking or Vaping:
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the event space and within designated smoking areas outside the premises.
3. Noise Control:
- Keep noise levels at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing other guests and neighboring properties. Use of amplified music or loudspeakers may be subject to volume restrictions.
4. Alcohol Consumption:
- If alcohol is permitted on the premises, drink responsibly and in accordance with local laws and regulations. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
5. Cleanliness and Hygiene:
- Keep the event space clean and tidy throughout the duration of the rental period. Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated bins provided.
6. Guest Capacity:
- Adhere to the specified guest capacity limit for the event space to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees. Overcrowding is not permitted.
7. Security and Access:
- Ensure that all guests have appropriate access credentials and adhere to security protocols established by The Bougie Grazer. Unauthorized access to restricted areas is prohibited.
8. Pets and Animals:
- Unless otherwise specified, pets and animals are not permitted inside the event space, with the exception of service animals as required by law.
9. Emergency Procedures:
- Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and evacuation routes posted within the event space. In the event of an emergency, follow instructions from staff and emergency personnel.
10. Compliance with Policies:
- Adhere to all event space policies, terms of rental agreements, and instructions provided by staff or management of The Bougie Grazer.
These house rules are designed to promote a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all guests using The Bougie Grazer's event space.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
1. Pre-Event Cleaning:
- Before each event, the event space should undergo thorough cleaning and preparation. This includes dusting surfaces, vacuuming or mopping floors, and wiping down tables, chairs, and other furniture.
2. Setup and Arrangement:
- Once the event space is clean, it should be set up according to the client's specifications. This may involve arranging tables and chairs, setting up decorations, and ensuring that any AV equipment or other amenities are in working order.
3. During Event Maintenance:
- Throughout the event, staff should periodically check the event space to ensure that it remains clean and orderly. This may involve emptying trash bins, replenishing supplies such as napkins or toiletries, and addressing any spills or messes promptly.
4. Post-Event Cleaning:
- After the event concludes, the event space should undergo another round of cleaning. This includes clearing away any remaining debris or decorations, wiping down surfaces, and thoroughly cleaning floors.
5. Deep Cleaning and Maintenance:
- In addition to regular cleaning between events, The Bougie Grazer should schedule periodic deep cleaning sessions to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the event space. This may involve tasks such as steam cleaning carpets, disinfecting surfaces, and sanitizing high-touch areas.
6. Restocking and Replenishment:
- As part of the cleaning process, staff should also restock and replenish essential supplies such as toiletries, hand sanitizer, and cleaning products to ensure that they are readily available for future use.
7. Quality Control and Inspection
- Finally, a thorough quality control inspection should be conducted to ensure that the event space meets The Bougie Grazer's standards for cleanliness
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
The space has informational signage including:

- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
