The space works great for photoshoots, filming, small meetings, baby showers, bridal showers, pre-wedding events, and as a bridal suite for wedding preparation. You'll fall in love with the bright warm white walls, natural wood, and Tulum-style design. The home is a duplex space with a private suite and private home space. Both will be available during your rental. A building biologist and prioritized indoor air quality, non-toxic furniture and decor, and comfort designed this highly curated space. The space features a pastel pink full kitchen with a natural wood bar top. The attached suite with large windows and natural light has plenty of room as a second bar or makeup area. Due to COVID-19, we want to confirm the standard cleaning process for our guests. Duvet covers are laundered between every stay (as are all linens/towels). We sanitize the space, and all surfaces are wiped down (fridge, microwave, switches, handles, remotes, etc.).
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
