About the Space
Welcome! This space is an industrial-style creative space conveniently located in Mount Pleasant. It features concrete floors, 16-foot ceilings, plenty of natural light, and several textural props including a double-sided hand-painted 9'X12' backdrop (green/black), concrete cubes, a 4' tall vintage vase, a vintage style continuous light, an apple box, and a hand-plastered wall for lifestyle photo/video shoots. The kitchen is usable upon request. It comes equipped with a full-size oven, 5 burner gas stove, full-size fridge and freezer, and a large concrete island with additional seating. Renters also have access to the full bathroom/change room. Please request towels if you wish to use the shower. Please note that the unit is not soundproof. It will not be suitable for those looking to play loud music or host large events.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Great communication and friendly host. Spacious and well lit studio for photography. Kitchen space has a nice island counter. Easy to find and central location. Allow more time to find parking. Would book again.

Jillian was very friendly and super responsive as a host. all the i formation needed was given to us to have access to the unit. there was a bit of guide given at the start of the shoot as well. the space was as advertised, and had instructions on how to use the wifi and the TV if needed. we had a video shoot in the space which turned out to have amazing results. would recommend this place and Jillian as a host for sure!

Great space and looked exactly like it was presented! Super clean and easy to film in this space as it had great natural light as well, and the sofa had wheels so it was easy to move around. Jillian was very responsive and kind with the communications, and we'd definitely book again!
