This is a small cozy vintage home, a secluded vacation spot ideal for intimate gatherings and events. On a large private acre lot, and a long driveway that leads you to a home, that offers privacy and a peaceful hideaway guests will feel both inside and out at this stunning home. This is a property for intimate gatherings for maximum 50 guests indoor NO access to bedrooms. Cannot be used for commercial endeavors or event without the approval of the owner. No promotional Events allowed What you need to know…… About the Pool and Outdoor Areas The large pool up to 12-14ft deep with diving board and slide. There are 3 covered pavilion area with seating and fire-pits. There is an outdoor deck facing the pool with dining table and chairs to seat 6, deck bench with firepit seats 4, and 2 swing egg chairs. There’s a covered pavilion with BBQ gril by the pool with 4 bar stools. The floating deck adjacent to BBQ pavilion with more lounge seating for 8 with fire pit. There’s also additional lounge seating with umbrellas around the pool to seat additional 12-15 people comfortable. Security cameras and recording devices All around the exterior of the house. They are there simply for security reasons. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
